For executive coaches in India

Run your whole coaching practice in one place. Prove the change with N‑GAGE.

Agreements, sessions, stakeholders, sponsor reports, GST invoices and WhatsApp, on one record per client. And N-GAGE by Nirvedha, a built-in method we found in none of the 12 platforms we compared, that turns every goal into skills and behaviours you can measure. Between sessions, an AI practice coach keeps your coachees practising.

A coaching engagement in Nirvedha CoachOS

The difference · N-GAGE by Nirvedha

Every goal, broken into skills and behaviours you can measure

N-GAGE, Nirvedha's Goal Achievement Grid Enabler, is the method Sudhakar Reddy Gade uses with senior leaders, now inside CoachOS for every coach. Goals come first. Each goal is broken down into weighted skill and behaviour areas and their competencies, so progress stops being a feeling and becomes a number the coachee, their peers and the sponsor can all see.

  1. 1Set the goals. Agreed with the coachee and sponsor.
  2. 2Break each goal down. Skill and behaviour areas and their competencies, weighted to 100%, each with its critical task, standard, assessment tools and evidence.
  3. 3Score three ways. 1–4 by the coachee, by peers on private links, and against the benchmark the role requires.
  4. 4Measure the return. The weighted result is the goal's Present Job Market Value, measured again mid-journey and at the end.

Why it matters to your sponsor: a final report that shows each goal moving, say from 62% to 81% as peers see it, is a return on coaching an HR head can take to the CFO. Included in every plan, at no extra cost.

Behaviour coaching · inside N-GAGE

Most senior leaders don't lack skills. They need to change a behaviour.

“Reacts sharply when challenged.” “Micromanages.” “Avoids the difficult conversation.” That is what sponsors bring to a coach, and it has always been the hardest thing to measure. N-GAGE turns each behaviour into something stakeholders can rate, in the same grid as the skills, so behaviour change shows up as a number in the sponsor's report.

  1. 1

    Restate it

The issue becomes the replacement behaviour others can see: “pauses and asks a question before responding to a challenge”, with the moments it shows up. Start from twelve common senior-leader behaviours, or write your own.

  2. 2

Let the people around them rate it

Stakeholders rate how consistently they see it, from 1 rarely to 4 consistently even under pressure, on private links. They never see the issue itself; their ratings are averaged before anyone sees them.

  3. 3

Show the change and the blind spot

Behaviour is what others experience, so the stakeholders' score leads. The leader's own rating sits beside it: the gap is the blind spot. Mid-journey and final rounds show the change in points.

A behaviour goal mid-journey: what stakeholders see now against the start, the leader's own view and the blind spot between them.

For your coachees · the AI practice coach

Coaching doesn't stop when the session ends

Between sessions, your coachee practises with an AI coach that knows their goals and the commitments from the minutes you approved. They rehearse the difficult conversation, check in on a commitment, prepare for the meeting that matters. You walk into the next session knowing what they worked on and where they got stuck.

  • It knows the engagement. Goals and success measures, the commitments and next focus from your approved minutes, and your method: Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching or the ICF competencies.
  • Rehearse, then debrief. It plays the CEO, the peer or the team member in role, then steps out to debrief. It coaches rather than advises: one question at a time, short replies. Hindi or Telugu mixed in is understood.
  • The coachee decides what you see. A summary of themes and progress, the full conversations, or only that they practised. Their organisation never sees any of it.
  • Your brief for the next session. One click reads their recent practice: themes, progress on each commitment, where they got stuck, and a suggested focus for your next session.
  • Safe by design. Every message is screened first. In a crisis it stops coaching and points to Tele-MANAS (14416) and 112, and you are told a safety message was shown, never what was said. It always says it is an AI.
  • Yours to switch on. Give it the name your coachees see, include it for the coachees you choose, and set a monthly message limit (150 by default).

Nirvedha Coach · premium

The same practice space, with replies from Nirvedha Coach and Nirvedha's own frameworks: RE:CODE™, N-GAGE and Quantum Coaching. It receives first names only, never emails or organisation names, and crisis messages never reach it.

And for you, the coach: AI drafts the session minutes from your transcript and the first cut of every sponsor and coachee report. Nothing reaches a client until you approve it.

For you, the coach · ICF credential readiness

Know where you stand for ACC, PCC or MCC

CoachOS reads the evidence of your own practice and scores your readiness for the credential you are aiming for, from 1 to 10. Not only your hours: every requirement ICF checks, and the eight core competencies.

  • Requirements, counted for you. Coaching hours, paid hours, clients and the hours in the 18 months before you apply, straight from your completed sessions; education, mentor coaching and the exam from your route.
  • The eight core competencies. Evidence from your practice: agreements signed, coachee feedback, commitments and goal movement, your mentor's ratings, and optional skills reviews of transcripts your coachees agreed could be recorded.
  • The gaps, and when you'll close them. “188 more coaching hours and 1 more recorded session”, and the month you reach the hours at your current pace. Your strong points too.
  • ICF's 2027 changes built in. From 2027, ACC and PCC mentor coaching moves to mentors with ICF's new Mentor Coach Specialization, whose review replaces the recorded-session evaluation. The report applies the rules for your planned date.
